Hi,
I worked for a company joined on 26-Dec-2012 and last working day was 27-Jun-2013, I have completed 6 months hence am I eligible for PF?
My doubt is that for the month of June-2013 PF contribution has gone towards PF or not?, as I got Full and Final settlement in July-2013, I couldn't confirm based on amount that I received.
If yes, what forms need to be filled up and send to the company?
My previous company is located in Delhi and I am working in Hyderabad now, I wouldn't want to visit to company just to fill the PF withdrawal formalities.
Please send me the link of forms that supposed to fill up and send.
Thanks,
Satish

First, you can not withdraw the PF amount when you are working for another company
You need to transfer the pf as stated by Mrugen
About the rest of your queries, it seem you are under the impression that pf starts only after 6 months. This is incorrect. You are eligible for pf from the first day. Pf must have been deducted from your salary each month and will appear in your salary slip. If it does, then the entire amount will be available for you to tramsfer

Wrong
If you have joined a new company, and if the new company is subject to PF, you are required by law to transfer the pf to the new company. You are not allowed to withdraw it.
People withdraw the PF account by giving a false declaration that they are no longer working for any company, I do not agree giving such declarations
With the new move of linkingPF numbers to Adar card, that too will be blocked in a years time
