This is with regards to my pending incentives of 2012 which is not yet paid by my ex company. I left them in 2013 and have been following up with them since then.They are not responding. I need the money as ethically I am eligible for it. Can anyone suggest what should I do?

Incentive is not a right conferred under any law ,unless it is under an agreement or a settlement between employees and employer or an award.Even if it is so an individual employee or a workman cannot approach Labour Court.If the employees salary is above Rs 10000/pm he is not entitled for any relief under Payment of Bonus Act
