In our company at Hazira, Surat the management has changed the HR leave policy. In which now they say SL at the discretion of the management. Also in our HR portal CL/PL is only shown and SL is not shown.
My query is:-
1) Our immediate supervisor says that he will not sanction my SL as he says it affects the promotion cycle.
2) The certificate of outside doctor we bring they say is available from anyone and hence before claiming it and having any problem get it verified from our Occupational Health Centre doctors and take the certificate from them.
Please update on my above queries.
