I am working in a central govt organization on a gazatted post since 1 year with a bond of 4 years. I have given a interview in a PSU without informing the present employer. Neither I mentioned while applying to PSU and did not submitted NOC. If I got selected then can I join PSU without any problem and how?

Dear Friend,

It is really embarasing, unless you get no-objection certificate from the parent department you cannot join in anyother organisation, in the first case, while you are applying they might have demanded no-objection certificate. In case your age and educational criteria have not demanded no-objection certificate and you have applied directly to the PSU, you should have properly inform the parent department (GOVT.) get your self relieved, otherwise, they the Govt. department have every right to initiate departmental enquiry (ex-parte if situation warrant) to terminate your services clearly notifying you are unfit to any other job by terminating/removing/dismissal or whatever the criteria accordingly. Further, it is not known for these lengthy time they the Govt authorities have not initiated any action, as regard you have entered into a 4 year bond, the bond copy should have been endorsed to the Govt. authorities the department where you have served for annual service entries, your salary should have been revoked in accordance to the present status, service entries should have been done for these four years, being a gazetted officer the authority with whom it lies should have been informed for furthering your service...In this regard you please go through...service rules/ccs conduct rules/ccs pension rules if your eligible/confirmation of service/deputation otherwise relief from the parent service and rejoining after the foreign service/ ....all these service rules should have been adhered to...

best of luck...initiate now better late...
