Thanks Jaleel.
I would suggest one change to Q1, which measures 2 factors: Tools and Supplies. How will you know whether tools or supplies or both are good/bad. It is always better to measure one factor with one question.

Hi Malavika,
Employee engagement is the level of commitment and involvement, an employee has towards his organization and its values. And it is a barometer that determines the association of a person with the organization. In simply, we can say that this is a willingness or commitments to stay with the Company with an enthusiasm for the work.

Dear Simhan,
In regards to the Q1 - Tools and Supplies;
Do you think that without the proper tools, an employee can perform well? Here tools and supplies means all the work related facilities. We are an FMCG Concern, here tools and supplies are very important, such as Good conditioned vehicles, Merchanidising equipments, Stationaries, Sales tools such as Hand held terminals, Good working PCs, Printer, other IT related etc. We need to evaluate whether an employee is satisfied with his current tools and supplies as part of the Engagement survey as it also affects the Engagement Index.

Hi Jaleel, thanks for the claification. How will a person respond if the equipment is good but enough stationaries are not there? it is always better to include only one factor per question.

You are correct. we can make it one factor in one question, which will be more easy to understand and respond of an employee. BR Jaleel
