Yes, but for applicability please check your states IE(SO) Rules, it depend on state of state, Act prescribed 100, in some states its 50, 20 etc.
Employer has to frame their own standing order, and certification is required from appropriate authority under the Act. if case of faluire of certification, Model Standing Order appended to Rules became applicable.
