Hello Folks, Hope everyone is doing good, i am currently working in Night Shift Bpo (Mumbai). Additionally, i want to work as a Freelance recruitment. I worked 4yrs ago in recruitment firm, but I don't have papers at this moment. Kindly, help me with below queries :
1) What is the standard percentage or ration for the Freelance Recruiters.
2) How we will get more quality candidates for Bpo except social media platform and portals.
3) Free ad post sites where we will get good candidates like Indeed. What other options we have.
