I am interested in taking up freelance recruitment assignments. Is it possible to operate from a remote yet well-connected location to add value to the recruitment process of recruitment firms?

For instance, if someone is in Hyderabad, how can he/she be a part of the recruitment process of a firm in Mumbai or Delhi? What could be the pros and cons? How can one circumvent the constraints of time, space, and communication costs involved?

Does anyone know of opportunities in the freelance recruitment space that allow flexibility in location as well?
