Hi all,
Im working in a IT company (Accounts/Finance department). We are having around 400 employees out of which only 4 to 5 employees salary is bellow Rs 15000/PM. We are not registered under Employee State Insurance. So please any one guide us whether it is necessary to get registered under ESIC for us?.
