LET ME TELL YOU BLUNTLY,
ALL THOSE MIGRATE TO MIDDLE EAST ARE MEDIOCRE PEOPLE AND MOST OF THEM ARE FRAUDS SPECIALLY FROM KERLA LOW SKILLED WORKMENS BARBERS,DRVERS,S CAVANGERS AND RELATIVES OF MOST OF PEOPLE WHO WORK THERS BELONGING TO THE STATE OF KERLA. THEY HAVE NEXUS AND GANG OF RECRUITERS AND THEY SUPPLY MANPOWER AND CAMEOFLAUGE ALL MANIPULATIONS FAKE CERTIFICATIONS FROM PRINTING PRESS IN KURLA ETC....
WHAT MATTERS TO ARABS IS MANPOWER WHO CAN WORK BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TOWORK. ALL HOUSEMADES TO DRIVERS SUPPLYCHAIN MANAGEMENT BELONGS TO SAME CHAIN OF PEOPLE OFLOW SKILLED PEOPLE.
BUT THEY DO NOT MANIPULATE WITH MIDDLE MANAGEMENT OR SPECIALIST JOBS IN MIDDLE EAST AND THERE ONLY TRUE PROFESSIONALS AND GUNINE PEOPLE BEING RECRUITED. mAY BE THERE ARE SOME EXCEPTIONS AND FEW PEOPLE GOT MANAGE THE SYSTEM BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM IS NOT FOOLPROOF.

Brilliant HR Simplified....Completely agree with u......there is seriously no need to pay attention to such questions which is completely not based on an informed perspective...
There are much better things to do...

Ignorance rules your mind...read most of the posts on this site from socalled Indian HR professionals.
one gentleman from India appointed as HR manager in Kuwait on other post asking what is HR Functon?

You will come acros following kind of questions repeatedly:

I am HR Executive/Manager please guide me how to establish HR function in organization?

I am HR Manager- One employee was cought sleeping while onduty What shall I do?

I am HR Manager- What is PF deduction? What is Challan No?

I am HR Manager- PF can be deducted on Bonus and Gratuity?

All these kind of rediculeus questions being asked by Indian HR Professionals who has been appointed as HR Managers or Executives.

DO you think these kind of questions asked by any truely qualified and certified HR professionals?
Never othewise his degree qualification is bogus and his appointment as HR manager is also fraud.This gives impression either this kind of HR Executives and Managers are frauds or their Qualifications are fake or else there is no need of any qualification in India to practice any profession.

Would like to knw that what is ur motive behind asking these questions?????
Coz i dnt think here any1 is saying that this is not happening at all....but we do have very intelligent professionals as well.....
And Brother Ignorance never rules my mind but i dont understand that behind asking these questions wht exactly u wanna prove....What u wanna listen from us...
I believe every1 shuld work on themselves automatically it will become better place to work :)

I hate to disillusion you but this happens everywhere. Here in South Afric a - we have people who are appointed to high govt without any qualifications or without verifying their qualifications, if they are black they are in.

Many a high political appointee was toppled and made the news. There is a verification process, but if you supposedly have friends in hig place you can bypass that process. Becasue BEE is a deciding factor - standards need to be dropped to accomodate the majority. If you are young, competent and intelligent and qualified you are considered overqualified to be part of teh human race.

But there are practicing professionals without a qualification/credential. For example the sangomas - witch doctors who practice traditional medicine - fortunately they are not allowed to be a part of society in terms of granting sick leave for an employee. In teh hindu community as well, we have healing that had worked through generations but is not legal.

I can understand sour grapes being on your side. Qualified, experienced and have teh know-how to take me where I need to go, and a govt that is working against smarts. People as you have described diminish what you have worked hard for.

Discussing is not bad but i have reservations on talking and quoting data just for the sake of it....

I can relate anything to anythig and prove it......that does not mean what i say is right and what others have said is baseless.... We all analyse things/ situations/ issues basis our experiences and knowledge... and we think what we have understood is the most appropriate understanding.... ( Which is not wrong, as some call it Conviction...... but again not listening to others and arguing for teh sake of it is time waste....)

If you want to share knowledge then participate not debate.....

FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION MAJORITY OF UNSKILLED JOBS ARE SOLD IN KERLA, BANGLADESH, PAKISTAN MIGRANT LABOURERS WITH MINIMUM OF RS 100,000 TO 300,000 PER JOB WITH SYSTEMATIC DEALERSHIPS AND AGENCIES IN THESE PLACES RIGHT FROM MUMBAI TO DUBAI........
