Our client has prepared wage break-ups and shared them with respective service providers. They have NOT applied PF on monthly payout component of Bonus.
A service provider has raised a query and has insisted that PF should also be applied on monthly payout component of Bonus.
As understood by me, The Hon’ble Supreme Court Judgement has exempted Bonus from application of PF.
