HR performs various Role in BPO Industry.
1. HR have to Motivate Employee throughout their employment.
2. Keeping track of Employee Record to judge which Employee need a Sustainable Trick by keeping in view his /her Performance.
3.Analysis of other BPO's Development Programme and Attrition rate ,so that Conduct a Suitable Development and Stress related Progaramme within the Organization.
4.Conduct Cross Functional Training so that Employee Should not find his/her job Tedious.
5.Conduct the Employee Enlighten Programme.
6.Understand the Grievances of Employee like: Health Related issue,Stress Related issue,Compensation related issue.
7. Tie -up with Educational Institute to provide Higher Education for their Employees,because this is a major issue why employee desire to leave the BPO.

Hr Role in BPO is more volatile and more omni present.
This industry is quite dynamic and hence ER Functions can be of important and Key chain in engaging to their own Employees.
There are various reports which needs to be generated and to be floated on daily basis Eg manpower shrinkage , hiring dashboard..
In a BPO hr works hand in hand with the Training & Comms Department ( if any ).
Along with the Educational Tie ups , they can promote their Employee Welfare programmes aligned to Career development , that may help them in retaining their own employees.
Hope this helps you better understanding the role of HR in bpo industry...
But we cannot ignore the most important and challenging aspect of AVAILABILITY OF HR , as per the 24/7 working schedule of Employees , in such cases assigning SPOC for better HR approach is also very important .

Now a days organizations may be similar in various respect like infrastructure, Technology etc. but if we compare human resources of two organization then its different. The main role of HRD department is to manage human resource of their company which is critical part of Organization Structure.

Usually an HR is medium between management and employees. Hr role is not only associated to payroll, recruitment and administrative activities.however it also comprises of to understand the business requirement and to implement strategies for success and growth of organization. HR requires to participate in various management decisions.

In my opinion workforce are very important assets for growth of organization. So its important to understand their needs and make them satisfied. Hence here comes an important role of HR department where they need to flash a light on the problems of workforce and to resolve them at the best.

all the above decisions given are well-worthy. but the most important thing is BPO industry should be relevant in all the aspects as per of other IT, manufacturing, retail and other sectors etc. herewith:
1) employee survey must be conducted to know their satisfaction levels and future growth.
2) more opportunities in different department must be widened.
3) education tie-ups should be there for career enhancement.
4) policies and practices must be structured.
5) employee involvement and innovative, creative ideas should be given enough space.
6) employee training, development programes, orientation, continous feedback should be implemented for their betterment and future growth.
