What can i do to get ESI & PF.

You can approach the area Enforcement Officer of the Employees Provident Fund Organisation and the Social Security Officer of the ESI Corporation for help. If your pay is centrally processed you may have to bring the matter to the notice of the officers of the place where the pay is processed.
The official websites also contain links where the employees, trade unions etc can give information about non implementation/ coverage of an establishment.
