I am working in a new type of work which requires Lead generation , basically these are the business clients where they are looking for Human recourses services like manpower screening onboarding , recruitment , Payroll etc. The major Focus is on vendor empanelment for human resources services , But i do not know where could i find those clients who are actually looking to it . Tried searching Different sites job portals but unable to find some good prospects. Outsourcing can be an option but do not have any links. If someone with good experience into same domain can help it would be a great help.
