After I have completed my MBA(HR) in 2005 I have been working as an IT recruiter in IT staffing companies. My aim is to work in an organization where we can implement all the practices of HR.
What I want to ask is how much do we have to work as in consultancies/staffing companies before getting into corporates.
And, what courses would be useful at this stage of my career to have an edge.
Thanks and Regards,

Hi Archana,
"What I want to ask is how much do we have to work as in consultancies/staffing companies before getting into corporates."
There is no such specifications as one should work in consultancy/ staffing agency before getting into corporates.
Most of the companies do campus recruitments for taking fresh candidates even from a mediocre institute. Many people have this myth in mind as to start there job with consultancy and then move on to corporates.
"And, what courses would be useful at this stage of my career to have an edge."
If you have just started your career why not go for SAP course or HRIS course, that would be useful as you are in IT Industry and the demand for SAP is high and getting higher.
:D There are many similarities you know, our names are same, I also started my career 8 years back with IT Industry, and I joined this forum on 8th June. :D :D
