HR professional degree will enable you to learn the theory of all HR activities.
So do try and qualify yourself in various subjects of HR.
By working in HR you are getting practical experience.
In two years you would have learned a lot on the job.
Keep it up and aim for HR qualifications from reputed institutions.

The HR Professional cources will give you the theroy of all the HR areas in a nut shell, as you are already working in the field, you would know where the praticallity of the same is needed or done.
Practial experience will never beat the theory knowledge, but the theory will enhance your thinking sphere to accommodate more, than that is done only in one company.
So try and get the qualification, learning will only add to your knowledge and again there is no averse side effect of studing right!!!!

Hi Amit ,
If you do not have a professional qualification it may be a obstacle in climbing the
ladder of hierarchy ...... And if you have one it does not ensure you that you will
climb surely to the the top .
Again its own experience + confidence level thats matters more . Professional
qualification may add weightage to your profile that's all .
