Pl refer to rule 12(1) of the TN Labour Welfare Fund Rules,1973. As per this rule, the employer shall recover the contribution not only from the employees who are in the service of the establishment as on 31st December of the year but also from the employees who were discharged or dismissed or have resigned during the year if they have worked for not less than 30 days during the year.
