What are the negative outcomes that would result from not understanding the jobs of those reporting to the manager? Consider any organisatioanl issues.Basically i know what exactly job analysis is.The problem is i dont have any idea of the negative outcomes of not understanding job analysis and also how does it affect in an organisation. Hi Vedha,
Personally i believe, the negative impacts could be,
The right person for the right job will not be possible.
It reduces the motivation level of the employees.
Possibility for multi tasking could not be understood.
The employee development could not be achieved as the training needs cannot be analyzed.
Performance standards could not be set without knowing the tasks to be performed for a given job.
Regards,
Lavanya.
