The Punjab Factory Rules are applicable to the State of Punjab, Haryana and UT Chandigarh. Where the appropriate Govt. is State of Haryana then we are to adhere the Punjab Factory Rules as applicable to the State of Haryana. In the book relating these Rules if the Rule is common for the places then no mention will be there otherwise specific mention of the state will be there at these Rules.
