Escapism is not always the best teacher. How far can one escape to? How many times can one escape? In my opinion escape, only if it is a matter of life or death, otherwise, face the facts of life and learn the art of tackling things in an amiable manner, one of which may at times be, that we do not have a solution to all the things we come across in life.

All perceptions are based on beliefs. Attitude is nothing but a behavioral tendency based on a collection of beliefs.Which means all perceptions are based on attitude.
If a woman believes ( because of some experience she had in the past) that all men are selfish and unreliable, that will be the attitude she will demonstrate even if she meets a genuine male.
So to think differently, we have to closely examine all our beliefs. In fact many of the beliefs are unconscious and so automatic. To change a belief we have to closely watch our behavior and our dialogoues both internal to ourselves and to others. Once we become aware of our hidden beliefs we can change them. When more beliefs are changed, our attitude changes. When attitude changes, we will begin to think differently. Hitherto unacceptable thinking patterns will become acceptable.
