I have a further querry. The top most post in BSNL is CMD who heads the corporate office at New Delhi. CGMs are heads of circles formed state/metro city wise. Will CMD be the signing authority centrally for all circles or each CGM will sign for the labours engaged in his circle. Kindly clarify
