awesome message vijay, but whenever i think to speak in front of the staff all are friends but still i fell fear to speak and present myself in fron of the employees that too during induction i used to keep my leg back if i think i need to do but i do not know how to avoid it.
but some tricks i used to think is that y i should fear and me too a great public speaker and i'll try to make my attention to everybody eye contact
