I'm newly joind as a in logistic company in Bangalore, i'm very much confusing in some salary matter my questions as below
1)what is the salary structure & how to calculate As per the Bangalore metro city ?
2)What is the formula of Salary Or Percentage?
3)Who eligible for Proffesional Tax
5,000/- to 10,000/-: PT?
10,000/- to 15,000/0: PT?
Plz help me as soon as possible

Hi Ms Supriya
The salary structure is designed to reduce Income Tax and save more of employee take home salary. There is no any standard structure but we have to consider about the Income Tax Exemptions such as 40% of HRA Exemption, Conveyance allowance of rs 800/- PM & Medical Allowance of Rs. 1200/-PM etc...
Regarding the Professional Tax applicability
a) 0 - 9999 no PT
b) 10,000 - 14,999 Rs 150
c) 15,000 and above Rs 200
