Dear Sirs, We are having a cafeteria in our corporate office. Food is brought by a third party and they serve in the cafeteria to our employees. Is registration of the contract required in this case? we have more than 50 contract labour in our office.

As per post, the contract labor is just not only supplying food but also serving the same. Therefore, those contract labor are engaged for some work.
Therefore registration of the contract by PE is essential.
