Dear All

I have been forced to resign from a leading organisation without proper justification before 3 months ago and relieved immediately within a day (Forcing me to mention in the resignation letter for immediate relieving) putting me currently jobless.I have been suffering from huge stress and financial crisis for my survival.

I have notified this through email to the Top level management of the organisation for reinstating my employment and ontime settlement. They have reverted back with a letter mentioning that I have been resigned on my own willingness and immediate relieving request.

But the real reason for resignation is still under the shadow and not revealed my immediate superior.Iam highly under stress that this organisation culture is having unhealth high level political rivalries.I was highly ethical working as a shield to prevent unfair practices in commercials and having sufficient evidences to showcasting their misfair practices .Therefore these political rivalries may pull me in any type of false confrontations and may beyond extreme limit to safeguard themselves

Please help me to deal with this current scenario for providing proper solution of reinstating my employment and providing proper compensation for these jobless days

Dear Shanmugavela,
Its veyy sad to hear from you and I share your anger towards such attitude of company. Suggest you seek help from an advocate to send a legal notice to the company and file a suit at appropriate forum. I guess you will be heard at "Labour Court".
Yes, if the judgement is in your favour, surely I believe you will be compensated by the ruling judge.
Meantime, I know its very easy for us to say...but you need to find alternative for your livelyhood till you are reinstated. Life is not an end with one company. Life is much more that many things on this earth.
