Hi all,
I work for a KPO and we intend to launch some fast track programs for our junior and senior managers.
The aim of the program is to identify and train high potential employees to enhance our exisiting management talent pool.
Please let me know if you have any specific suggestions/presentations/training programs/program structure.

Thank you very much.
I m working in an MNC , having manpower of 5000 people where 90% are Operators level. So we are facing a great atttrition / turn Over problem,. if we recruit 100 people in a month then, 100 people go in that month .
So recruitment = Attrition rate
IF are not able to fillthe Capacities, Our training is great waste, etc. pls provide me some Tips to retain these Operators level.
