In our company near about 100 employees are working. We are providing Tea & snack facility.We want to include clause/legal wording in our employee agreement regarding food policy to safeguard the company in the event of any food poisoning case or any claim from employee

Once you are providing Tea and Snacks to your employees, you must provide quality food and not the substandard quality food. Before distributing the Tea & Snacks to employees please give some Tea & Snacks to some middle level managers and senior level managers for tasting the same on circulation basis and get the remarks in Food Tasting Register being maintained.
The register must be maintained by the Service Provider and he will give the tea and snacks to the designated Manager (which will be fixed by the HR Department, whom to be served) alongwith the Food Tasting Register. After tasting the same, he will make necessary remarks in that register in the following format.
Sl - Date - Food Description - Tasted By - Remarks - Signature

If you maintain the register then the Service Provider also will have some fear in their mind and they will supply qualitative food materials only to all your employees.
