Your question is not clear. But let me assume it like this, can a woman employee avail leave for miscarriage only once in her service or can she avail it multiple times/ whenever such miscarriage happens? I would say that there is no limit or maximum number of times a woman employee shall take leave on account of miscarriage. As such, it is not restricted to one time but she can take 6 weeks' leave whenever she happens to have miscarriage.
