Hi,
What if a candidate is made permanent but the confirmation letter is delayed despite repeated followups?
What are the rights of the candidates?
How else can the candidate deal with this in a win-win manner?
If the candidate is dealt with unfairly, what can he or she do according to the law?
Pls advise.
regards,

If confirmation letter is not issued in reasonable time, it will be violation of contract of employment. Hence he can avoid the contract and file for damages under the Indian Contract Act. But clear chain of evidence like communication and other such items are to be taken care of.
