Dear All,
I have Joined a pvt ltd company, were 75 - 80 people are working, salary range is between (10000 to 45000p.m), bus Basic salary for all is 7700, to have less PF Deduction headech, but my concern is for people whose salary is above 26000, there Basic is below 30%, is that okay..?? as i have read privious Thread and as per my knowledge basic should be atleast 30% or above ?? Please guide me on the same

There is no any rule stating as Basic should be above 30%. But generally companies will maintain the Basic as 40% or 50% etc. But at the same time for the employee who draws 45000/- if basic is less then there are chances that PF department might raise the query for showing the basic as less. For some of the grades 7700/- is less than the Minimum wages act and even that might be a problem
