I am going to join an organisation as an Asst. Manager-HR wherein i need to formulate various HR policies and implement them effectively. May i request that, you please help me with some guidelines and insightes into HR policy making and if possible, you may kindly upload some key policies to a link and post it for use of our other HR friends.
