Unless and until we all make ourselves clear about the OBJECTIVES OF TRAINING STRATEGIES, there is no point in getting ourself trained or proposing any module for any professional.
We must understand these words TRAINING, COACHING, MENTORING in-order to support the LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT PROCESS at all levels in any organisation. Though Training & Coaching involves cost, all those professionals at TOP MANAGEMENT needs to acquire KNOWLEDGE pertaining to NEW PROCESS that could help MANAGE THEIR OPERATIONS or TO ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS/TARGET as LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT is a continuous process

For FUNCTIONAL aspects use the COACHING or KNOWLEDGE SHARING STRATEGY.
