संस्थान में कर्मचारी के सेवा निवृत्ति से संस्था के नियमानुसार करीब 3, 4 या 6 महीने पहले लिखित में जो इंटीमेशन ऑफ रिटायरमेंट / सुपरएन्युएशन अथवा नोटिफाइंग कर्मचारी को दिया जाता है। उस लेटर का ड्राफ्ट हिंदी में एवं अंग्रेजी भाषा में कोई अगर हो तो कृपया शेयर करने का कष्ट करें ।
