Obtaining ESI and EPF registration is online now. there is no need to visit the respective offices. If the constitution of your establishment is not proprietorship or partnership you will get registrations for ESI and EPF at the time you register the company. Then it will just be a matter of coverage, and that will happen only when the number of employees become 10 in the case of ESi and 20 in the case of EPF.
