Hi,
I have some doubt about overtime policy on Sunday, if any employee works on Sunday as overtime and company pay to him as per policy of Overtime. my question is below-
if company pay to overtime as per norm, then they should give any weekly off or not , to their employee in any other working day , if employer is not giving weekly off to their employee , when he is paid as OT amount as per norm. It can be accepted.

Hi Mr.Pragya,
No it cannot be accepted, As per Factories Act-1948, Sec-52 (Weekly Holiday) Specially mention that NO ADULT WORKER HAS TO WORK MORE THAN 10 Days consecutively without a holiday for a whole day.
So you have to provide a whole day leave to workers who worked on sunday in immediate week working days.
With Regards
Mr.Thumbs Up
