I received an offer letter, from company, in which they have mentioned my job profile, pay structure and notice period (60 Day) along with following 3 conditions..
1- Employment will be confirmed subject to documents verification of Documents provided.
2- The Appointment letter will be issued to you within one month of acceptance of offer letter.
3- The Notice period will be 60 Days.
Now ::--
(a) - 1st i rejected the offer then after some telephonic discussion they have promised several things and said that it will be mentioned in your appointment letter, then i accepted the offer but till then offer was already expired. (The date to accept the offer is mentioned in the document)
(b) - I have joined the organization 1st of Nov 2018 (the date of joining as mentioned in the offer letter was 8th Oct 2018).
(c) During the my serving i asked several times to HR to issue my appointment letter but no response received and i didn't got the benefits what was promised on the phone.
(d) Then considering all above practices i discontinued the organization on 2 Jan 2019. since then i was continuously in touch with my manager and colleagues over the phone but on 20th Jan i got an Absconding mail from HR, saying since you are absent without information, you are terminated and 3 month salary (CTC) will be recovered.
How should i proceed...
1- I didn't get any Official Appointment Letter confirming my employment, what is the status ?
2- Since the offer was initially rejected and not accepted within it's validity date, does it still valid ?
3- How should i proceed in the matter and get out (i don't want to continue the org. also)
