When you are mentioning about PF / ESI then kindly follow the below aspects as part of setting up:

Once done and you fulfill the requirements and you are allotted a code number for PF for your Establishment, then you can enroll the employees under PF subject to the wage ceiling and eligibility

3. If you are a shop, then you may have to register under Shops Act Provisions applicable

4. In case of proposal to engage Contract Labour and Interstate Migrant Labour, then you need to register under the Contract Labour Act and Interstate Migrant Labour Act for registering the Establishment.

5. You have to send notice of opening under Payment of Gratuity Act

6. You may have to register under the Local Body for necessary licenses under Panchayat or Municipal Act

7. In case of Factory you need to apply for Site Approval for the location where the factory is to be constructed and then once manufacturing is about to start then for License under Factories Act

8. You have to declare the Pay Master under Payment of Wages Act and once if it is a Factory you have to intimate the Factory Manager name to Government Authority under relevant Act.

9. You have to go for Standing Orders if you engage the stipulated number of employees under the Provisions of Standing Orders Act
