Dear Samrat B,

Before recommending for the training programme, whether a junior or a senior professional, your company needs to be clear about what will be achieved by nominating the employee from your company, therefore, the question arises have you made the goal statement for the training programme? I have written many times earlier also that employee training is only the means, not the end. Not just means but one should be clear about the end also.

Of the two topics you mentioned in your post, I have provided training and consulting for business strategy. For this topic, if you organise the in-house training, the better. Generally, public workshops are not conducted on this topic and even if conducted, it just becomes a knowledge-gaining session and actual implementation of the knowledge may not take place. For further queries, feel free to contact me.

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar
