The MBTI should not be used for selection of employees according to the MBTI publisher. We should follow a test publisher’s instructions.

It's important to first identify the need for the test.
Is it being used for personal development? recruitment selection? team dynamics? cultural transformation? emotional intelligence etc...
each test has a different purpose and measure different things.
I suggest you google the topic and read up on some articles to give you a clearer understanding.
The tests you're asking for in your example are icebreaker/energiser/training fun kind of tests. It's not accurate / fit for purpose.
