While sanctioning loans certain conditions are stipulated for fulfillment from the borrower's end, and branch-head of a bank are entrusted with the responsibility to monitor if the proposed borrower is complying with those terms and conditions before allowing drawal of the loan. In my organization an officer is found to have violated the very policy of loan. The organization is willing to give him a memo, calling explanation of his unruly action. A model format of such memo is invited from any learned friend. Conveying thanks in anticipation......Somnath
