Hello All, Currently, 300 employees work in my office, and we have several job openings. I want to set up an effective recruitment process. Our current process involves taking internal references, calling and scheduling interviews, and providing feedback. We want to improve this process, and we are requesting your suggestions and ideas.

We are also facing a problem with some managers conducting interviews in different ways. Some managers ask fundamental questions related to projects, while others conduct very tough interviews for the freshers. How can we ensure a fair chance for everyone in the company? Please give your suggestions on this.
