Please advise whether the Professional Tax Act, Labour Welfare Act, and Employee Welfare Act will be applicable to employees working at the hotel operating in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Additionally, please confirm if bonuses under the Payment of Bonus Act and gratuity under the Payment of Gratuity Act are applicable to employees at the hotel that commenced operations in March 2009 in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Hello, dear, for getting clarity about this, you should go through the Bombay Shops and Establishment Act for a better understanding of whether these acts are applicable to the hotel industry or not.
