Dear Nidhi,

This is a good start. There is obviously a lot more that one can talk about in a resume. One thing that is important for job-seekers to learn and for employers to look out for are spelling and grammatical errors. In this day of automatic spell checks, there should be no excuse for spelling mistakes. Proper formatting of the resume is another area that would make the resume more effective.

Thank you.

Hi Nidhi,

This one is a good one. But I personally feel you must have added more points in this. I would like to bring to your notice that in your second or third slide, you have written that an employer goes through the resume in 15-20 seconds. In fact, it takes not more than 10 seconds to scrutinize the entire resume.

Good effort. :)
