Hi all, I have requested a joint declaration in my current company, and it is still pending with the employer. I have a joining date next week, and my new company's HR is continuously chasing and putting pressure on me. This situation is stressing me out.

Concerns About Job Joining and Alternatives

Will my joining be delayed, or will I lose my job due to this issue? What are the other alternatives I can look into? How should I respond to HR?

I don't think a Joint Declaration will hold up your joining a new employer. Maybe within a month after your exit, things will get sorted out. You can join without waiting for your other formalities except the relieving letter. Make sure you obtain a clean relieving letter/experience letter, which should be a sufficient document for joining.
