I am Rahul; I am working as a Sr. HR Executive. The company wants to resign me forcefully, and I am on probation Period, and my notice period of 3 Months; what should I do? Pls help me.

Hi, when the employer is not willing to accommodate you, there is no point in continuing with them. Check your appointment letter for the separation clause. Ensure that you are given some breathing time (notice period) and collect a proper relieving letter.

Better look for other offers.
