Navigating EPFO Death Claims: How Can a Widow and Children Submit Forms Correctly?


For Widow and Children death claim process have to Submit FORM 20, Form 10D and Form 5IF individually by Wife and Son in EPFO? Please help and guide

Hi, For the death claim process, the claimant needs to submit a composite claim including a combined Form 20, Form 10D, and Form 5-IF. In the claim form, at column 11, particulars of all claimants/surviving family members can be filled.
