Source the profiles from portals like Naukri, etc., for candidates.
5. Shortlisting Candidates
In case the profile matches around 40 to 50%, shortlist the candidates by telephoning.
6. Physical Interview
Call for a physical interview at the rate of a 1:4 ratio.
7. Interest in Organization
Shortlist the candidates showing interest in joining the organization.
8. Selection Based on Merit
Select the candidate on the basis of merit.
9. Offer Letter
Offer letter to the selected candidates stipulating the date of joining.
10. Obtain Acknowledgment
Obtain acknowledgment from the candidate.
