Dear Team, please help me understand the leave rules regarding carrying forward mandates and registration under the Karnataka Shops & Establishments Act. Can the employer deduct 7.5 privilege/earned leaves every year if the employee does not consume leaves?

However, under the provision of which act or law would the employer like to do that? Which section or clause of which act allows the employer to deduct the earned leave of the employee?
