Dear All, please suggest. My father is retired from an NGO organization and applied for PF withdrawal and pension. After sharing all the requested documents and filled forms with the representative of the NGO firm, my father received the PF amount but didn't receive his pension. Also, I checked on the UAN portal, and it is not showing any claim there. We contacted the person responsible for the PF and ESI part in the NGO, and we found out that the pension claim request has been rejected by the UAN portal or Authority. After that, he blocked us, and now it's been 2 years.
So, please let me know, in this case, can my father fill out the forms to reprocess for the pension, or is there any other way to resolve the same?
