Transfer of PF Accounts and Pension Fund Issue
I joined Hotel Diplomat in 1984 and resigned from Hotel Diplomat in June 1999. I joined another company, Superior Craft, in June 1999 and also left that company in April 2000 before joining Eros Hotel on 01-05-2000.
I have submitted two Form NO.13s for the transfer of my PF accounts as per the details below:
- Form NO.13 related to Hotel Diplomat, in EFP office Nehru Place
- Form NO.13 related to Superior Craft in EPF office, Janakpuri.
I received a transfer letter from the Janakpuri office. However, the Nehru Place office did not send any letter but transferred the amount to my Eros Hotel Account because it appeared in the opening balance of the first Account slip for the year 2000-2001.
After submission of Form 10D, I visited the South Delhi FP office and was surprised to know that they were preparing my pension w.e.f the year 2000 without accounting for my previous service, i.e., 15 years of service at Hotel Diplomat.
Now, the FP office of South Delhi is asking me to submit proof of my service at Hotel Diplomat.
Please advise me on how I should proceed. On one hand, they are paying me account NO.1, including Hotel Diplomat's fund, but on the other hand, they are not including the services of Hotel Diplomat in the Pension Fund.

Please request ANNEXURE-K from the EPF office in Nehru Place and the EPF office in Janakpuri. Submit this document to the last EPF Office for the funds to be transferred to your new EPF Office. If you are unable to obtain the document in person, you can file a grievance on the EPFO Portal.
